Slingshot is looking for an amazing Client Success leader to act as a player-coach in a busy time of rapid growth. If you are ready to leverage your expertise and experience to lead a team and build out new scalable programs and processes, you will love this role. As Client Success Manager, you will be shaping this keystone role by coaching and managing our talented Client Success team, and serving as a senior point of contact in communication with Slingshot’s clients.






  • 4+ years of experience scaling client success operations
  • 2+ years of management experience, including building diverse teams
  • Experience with B2B Client Success/Account Management
  • Hands-on experience with issue-tracking tools like JIRA and Zendesk
